When We Ship

Next business day

Orders ship the next business day after production is complete. Tracking number provided once the carrier picks up.

Include your required in-hand date in the Additional Notes section at checkout, or email support@printcloud.ca. Rush shipping may be available (additional fees could apply).

Shipping Costs

Free on orders $150+

Standard ground shipping is free on orders over $150 (before tax). Express options appear at checkout based on order value & destination.

Heavy or oversized orders

Oversized signage (larger than 24" × 36") and bulk signage orders (such as election signage) shipping outside of Ontario or to rural destinations may be subject to an additional oversized shipping fee. You may email support@printcloud.ca for an estimate or process your order online and our team will email you your shipping options.

Express may not be available for packages >100 lbs outside Ontario.
