Turnaround Info

Standard Turnaround

Turnaround time refers to the time required for the production of each product, this does not include the shipping time. Turnaround starts from the time the file is uploaded and ends when the order is packaged for delivery. If a job has gone through adjustments during prepress, is placed on hold due to file revisions, or is awaiting proof approval or payment the turnaround starts after these situations are resolved.

Files must be submitted by 12:00pm for the current day to be considered as the first business production day. Files submitted after this time will begin production the next business day.

Express Turnaround

2 Business Day Turnaround

Express printing is available for various products with 2 business day turnaround with the order shipping out on the 3rd business day. Orders with shipping locations in the Toronto/GTA are delivered on the 3rd business day. Orders with shipping locations outside of Toronto/GTA will follow regular shipping transit times based on the shipping method selected at check out. Many are listed on our express printing page and the turnaround is two business days.

Need It Even Sooner?!

If you require the order sooner than 2 business days or have a specific delivery date email support@printcloud.ca with your order request so that we can try to accommodate your timeline. Same day and next day printing is available for select products.

Customer's with particular deadline dates are encouraged to enter that information in the "additional notes" section when ordering online. 

Express Delivery/Pick Up Information

Customers can opt for standard shipping, express shipping or free pick up at our retail location in Toronto. For local deliveries in the Greater Toronto Area shipping will take 1 business day after the 2 day turnaround. If you require same day shipping please email support@printcloud.ca for a quote. If you are outside of the GTA express shipping options are available upon checkout but if you need overnight next day shipping please email support@printcloud.ca.
