🚀 I need business cards fast! How can you help? ▼
- Premium, High Gloss and Matte Satin standard business cards have the fastest turnaround of 3 business days.
- Matte Satin also offers 2-Day Express Turnaround — delivery on the 3rd business day in GTA, or expedited shipping elsewhere.
📦 When will I receive my order? ▼
- Production time varies by product — check the product page or our Turnaround Information page.
- Most items: 2–5 business days production + next business day shipping.
- Turnaround starts after files are ready/approved. Proofs not responded to in 4 business days auto-proceed.
- Shipping times depend on location and method — see our Shipping page.
⚡ How does 2-Day Express Print work? ▼
- 2 business days production; ships on the 3rd. GTA local delivery arrives same day via our fleet.
- Files must be submitted by 10:00 AM EST for same-day start (after → next business day).
- Available on select products — choose in extra options at checkout. Proofs not responded to in 4 days auto-proceed.
📧 How will I know when my prints are ready? ▼
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready and shipped, including tracking information.
🔍 The product/size/stock I want isn’t on your website — what should I do? ▼
Submit a custom quote request. We’ll respond within 1 business day.
File Setup Questions
✨ How do I set up my file for Spot UV or Foil? ▼
- Submit two files: your artwork + a separate Spot UV/Foil template (100% black C0 M0 Y0 K100 for treated areas).
- Name clearly: e.g., front.pdf, front_SpotUV.pdf, back.pdf, back_SpotUV.pdf.
- Prefer we set it up? Choose "Spot UV File Setup" or "Foil File Setup" in Additional Options (one-time fee; you keep the template).
📏 What is bleed and why is it important? ▼
Bleed is artwork extending 0.125" (3 mm) beyond the final trim edge to prevent white borders if cutting is slightly off. Use our templates — they include bleed, safety, and trim guides.
🌈 Why do my screen colors look different when printed? ▼
Screens use RGB (additive light); printing uses CMYK (subtractive ink). Bright/fluorescent RGB colors often cannot be matched exactly. Design in CMYK from the start for best results.
🔍 Do you offer free samples? ▼
Yes! Request a free sample pack here. It includes our main stock options and popular products. Shipped via Canada Post (standard shipping times apply).
📐 What file resolution and color mode should I use? ▼
Use 300 DPI resolution at full size. Always work in CMYK color mode for accurate print results. RGB files will be converted, which can cause color shifts.
File Submission Questions
📤 How do I submit my files? ▼
- Upload directly on the product order page (preferred).
- Email files as attachments to orders@printcloud.ca (include your order number in the subject).
- Send a link via Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc., to orders@printcloud.ca with your order number.
📏 Is there a file size restriction for submissions? ▼
Direct uploads are limited to 100 MB. For larger files, choose "Send File Separately" at checkout and email a link (Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc.) to orders@printcloud.ca with your order number.
⚠️ I am having trouble uploading my file — what can I do? ▼
Select "Send File Separately" at checkout and email your files or a link to orders@printcloud.ca (include order number in subject). We’ll confirm receipt.
📁 What file formats do you accept? ▼
Preferred: PDF (print-ready). Also accepted: .AI, .PSD, .INDD, .TIFF, .EPS, .JPEG, .PNG, .DOCX. We’ll convert if needed, but PDF ensures best results.
Design & Colour Questions
🎨 What is CMYK? Why can't I use RGB or certain fluorescent colours? ▼
CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) is the ink-based color model for printing. RGB (Red, Green, Blue) is for screens. Many bright/fluorescent RGB colors cannot be reproduced accurately in CMYK — design in CMYK to avoid surprises.
🖨️ Digital vs Offset — what's the difference for my order? ▼
Orders under ~1,000 pieces are usually digital (fast, great for short runs). Larger quantities may use offset (better for high volume, slight color consistency differences possible between runs). We choose the best method for quality and speed.
Order Questions
🛒 Can I split quantity with different names/artwork? ▼
No — each unique artwork/design is considered a separate set. For different names, order separate quantities (e.g., 2 × 250 instead of 500 total).
⏰ How can I ensure my order is processed today? ▼
Submit Monday–Friday before 12:00 PM EST for same-day processing. For Express orders, submit before 10:00 AM EST. Orders after cut-off, weekends, or holidays process the next business day.
🔄 Can I reorder the same product later? ▼
Yes — log in, go to your order history, and click "Reorder." Files and settings are saved for quick reordering.
💳 What payment methods do you accept? ▼
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
❌ What happens if I make a mistake on my order? ▼
Contact us immediately at support@printcloud.ca. If production hasn’t started, we can usually correct or cancel. Once printing begins, changes may not be possible — double-check everything before submitting!
📝 Can I change my order after it's placed? ▼
Reach out to support@printcloud.ca right away. If files haven’t entered production, changes are usually possible. After production starts, modifications may not be feasible.

Our Uncoated Eco stock is 100% post-consumer recycled content and printed with soy-based inks. All our stocks are FSC certified for sustainable forestry.

Yes — choose Pickup at checkout. Our location: 1971 Avenue Road, Toronto, Ontario (Avenue Road & 401 area, central Toronto).
💰 How much will shipping cost? ▼
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method. Free standard shipping on orders over $150 (before tax). Use the shipping estimator in your cart for exact rates.
